今年4月、日本で初となるオベイ・クロージングの直営店が原宿にオープンした。キャットストリートにあるジャンクヤードビルの2階に位置するオベイ・トーキョーでは、最新のコレクションはもちろん、お店限定のアイテムも揃う。そして、店内ではアーティストでありオベイ・クロージングの創設者、シェパード・フェアリーのグラフィティアートの展示のほか、コーヒースタンド“オベイ・コーヒー”も併設。眺めのいい窓から今の東京のストリートのムードを感じられる、そんな空間になっている。
